EVP - Electronic Voice Phenomena/Phenomenon are "spirit voices" that are said to manifest themselves on audio recordings (from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).

My husband, Larry, and I had seen the movie White Noise and listened to EVP's online.  Still, we were skeptics.  It was not until we were successful at recording some EVP's of our own that we truly became believers.  This was enough proof for us. We think those on the other side, spirits, are trying to make contact with us.  We would like to share with you our best collection of  'spirit voice' recordings (EVP's - Electronic Voice Phenomena).  Sometimes Larry and I will find another message when we play a recording in reverse.  We have not altered the pitch or speed on any of the recordings.   For better clarity, hiss/noise has been removed and amplification has been applied, as needed.  All EVP's are real.

Our very first EVP is from Oak Hill Cemetery (photo above). When we were ready to leave, Larry says, "I'm not sure if I can find my way out of here."
..."This way."

These EVPs were recorded in front of an old state mental hospital that was in the process of being demolished.  Larry parked as close to the hospital as was allowed, since a fence to keep people out surrounded it.

"He won't let go."

Here are a few more recordings, again from the state mental hospital.  The first EVP has what appears to be two spirits speaking. -

"Aren't the spirits in BaDenchi?"..."Yeah."   reverse...

EVP's recorded in our home by me -

I'll usually place the recorder in a room of our house (usually our bedroom because it has the most activity), then close the door.  And after about 5-10 minutes, I will knock on the door before entering, and will say, "Session over...Thank you, spirits, for speaking, good-bye."  At other times, I will not say anything and just set the recorder down somewhere in the house.  Both methods have been successful.   And I will say a protection prayer before each recording session.  I don't think the spirits are talking directly to me in every message that I receive.  And I will never ask for or take their advice.  The EVP, "This is Dana, can you hear me?", just blew me away when I first heard it.  It is one of my favorites.  Researching EVP's has been really fascinating, rewarding work.
